Saturday, December 19, 2009 – a date which will live in infamy – the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the corrupt forces of the elite Washington political establishment.

It will be recorded that the extortion and bribery of that day makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned well in advance.  During the intervening time, these corrupt forces have deliberately sought to deceive the American people by false statements and expressions of integrity and principle.

This attack on the United States of America has caused severe damage to our constitutional republic and to the ideal of mutual trust that has sustained it.  Many American lives will be put at risk by the intended consequences of this offensive.  The facts of December 19, 2009, speak for themselves, the people of the United States of America have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and safety of our nation.

Always will we remember the character of the onslaught against us.  No mater how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated invasion, the American people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory.  It must also be the will of the American people to make certain that this form of treachery shall never endanger us again.

There is no blinking at the fact that our people and our republic are in grave danger.  With confidence in our love for our country – we will gain the inevitable triumph – so help us God.

The people of the United States of America declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack on Saturday, December 19, 2009, a state of total mistrust has existed between the American people and our representatives in Washington.
